ChromeFree leather is supple and light. Coming from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), it undergoes an innovative tanning process during which no chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids are used. The simplification of the tanning steps reduces the use of chemicals and energy, as well as reducing the use of water by about 40% and that of salt by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable.
Interview : The use of the washing machine is formally discouraged as this risks altering the properties of the various materials. Before wearing for the first time, we advise you to waterproof your shoes with a spray suitable for the material and to repeat this operation periodically.
After each use, it is advisable to take out the insoles in order to ventilate them. Shoes should ideally be stored in a dry place away from any source of heat. Cleaning: Use warm soapy water and a brush. Leave to air dry.
